Stray Safe started in August 2024 with a simple idea: street cats deserve more than just survival. We're a volunteer-run program based in Belgrade, working to reduce the stray population humanely — through TNR, emergency care, and adoption placement.
We don't have a big office or a paid staff. What we have is a dedicated team of people who show up every week to trap, transport, foster, photograph, and find homes. And a community that supports them.
Two core programs, one mission.

Socialized cats get a full pipeline: vet check, FIV/FeLV testing, photos, screening interviews, and a lifetime return guarantee. We don't rush. We don't compromise.
We run entirely on donations and volunteer time. Every bit counts.
